Penta Gold Ltd. believes in helping our customers as far as possible. There will be no cancellation once the product order is placed. But we will replace the product if you find any defect in it within 15 days.
Conditions for exchange:
- All items must have the original security tag, label and certificate and must be exchanged in the same conditions as delivered by Pentagold. Ltd.
- Any item exchanged showing signs of wear or engraved, altered, resized (by anyone / entity other than Pentagold. Ltd.) or damaged in any other manner shall not be accepted for exchange.
- Custom orders with engraving, special ring size etc. cannot be accepted for exchange.
- All shipping and courier expenses shall be chargeable to the Member.
Please include your order number (sent to you via email after ordering) and optionally tell us why you’re requesting a exchange – we take our customer’s feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service.
